No longer getting text message and email notifications

I used to get indications whenever I got a text or email and I could swipe up from the main screen and read them.  I'm really not sure how long it's been but I realized I'm no longer getting any indications and when I swipe up it just says "all caught up" no matter what.  Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi @kingston73. It's nice to see a new face around. I'm sorry for the delay in my response.

 

Thanks for letting me know that the notifications aren't longer going through your Blaze. This may happen when your device isn't constantly syncing or if the notifications are off. Before anything else, hold the top right button for a couple seconds to make sure Notifications is set to On. If the notifications are still not working, let me advise you to try the following steps:

 

  1. Remove the Blaze from the Bluetooth settings in your phone.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone and any other device nearby.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Blaze.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth only in your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon.
  6. Tap on the Blaze icon and then on notifications.
  7. When prompted, tap on pair/setup notifications.
