Hello I seem to have a intermittent problem with my Fitbit blaze every so often it seem to switch its self-off and restarts its self. It’s like its syncing with my phone but I seem to lose my data on my fit bit for the day ? it doesn’t seem to do it all the time I’ve only been having the issue the past month and its happened twice now.

Hi there @nextcontestant. Good to see you around!
I've heard of a couple of other users having this problem so what I would recommend at this point would be to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds and this should make the tracker to restart. After that, keep an eye on it and see how it works.
If this gets to happen again, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team who will be happy to take a deeper look and see what is going on with your tracker and get you back on track.
Let me know if you need more help!

Mine does this as well. It just goes black and has a full charge. Very irritating

Hey there @TINKERBEHR24. Good to see you in the Community Forums!
I'd like to know. Does your tracker turn off and stays like that or does it restarts itself all of a sudden?
Is this something that has been happening recently or has this been something recurrent?

Hello,
was a solution ever found for this issue or do I need to contact the Tech people ?
in the last 24 hours my blaze has started switching itself on and off (comes back on with arm movement), it thinks the battery is flat but when synced to the app it says the battery has a full charge.
Despite this it is still recording my activity.
thanks
Chris

Hi there @CPWilo. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
Could this be the Quickview fucntion? This option makes the screen to wake when you raise your wrist. If you don't want to have this, you can swipe to the last screen on your Blaze, then tap on Settings and once you're there, Quick View will be the first option. Here you can turn it off or on and and see how it goes.
If this seems not to be the problem, let me know so that I can take a closer look.

Mine does this too. It's fully charged and will randomly go black for hours at a time. It still syncs with my phone and tracks data but seems to come on randomly.

Hi @Ashklimes. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
So this means that whenever this happens, even if you press any buttons, the display will not come on at all? Have you tried to restart your Blaze as I suggested above?
