Hi there @hiitsmekel! 🙂 Good to see you in the Community Forums!

In order to get whatsapp notifications on your Fitbit Blaze, you will need to enable apps notifications on your Fitbit app. For this, tap on your tracker at the top of the dashboard. Then, scroll down to notifications. Enable App notifications but make sure you've already received a whatsapp notification once you've enabled app notifications on the app.

After this, whatsapp will appear in the list of apps to get notifications from so you only need to turn it on and from that point, sync your tracker and you'll be getting notifications from whatsapp and the same process applies to any other app you'd like to get notifications from.

Hope you find this information helpful. Anything else you may need, I'm here to help! 🙂

Thanks

That worked,

Is it correct that when you get a notification the watch doesn't light up? You need to tap to see it?

As mine doesn't light up when it's ringing or receives texts.

Thanks

That is correct @hiitsmekel. Your tracker will vibrate when you get a notification and until you raise your arm to see it or you press a button on your tracker, it will light up. The same with calls, the tracker will only vibrate and until you turn your wrist to see the display, it will light up.

Let me know if you have more questions! 🙂
