Blaze keeps vibrating and notifications are off

My text and all caught up keep popping up and vibrating even with notification is off. It comes up every 10-15 seconds. I have turned off, charged it completely. It worked normally for an hour or so, but is doing it again.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I would like you to confirm you've tried restarting it and check if your Blaze is vibrating due to other factors such as setting an alarm, hitting your step goal.
