So, the left side button is not working at all. It pushes in, but doesn't do anything. I've tried resetting the device but that doesn't change the issue. Any thoughts?

It seems to be a "planned obsolescence", it's not a hardware issue because the button works to start the watch. They didn't offer me a fix, they only offered a discount to buy a new one. I was quite disappointed with the brand, so I bought a new watch but a different brand.
