My blaze have worked PERFECT since I updated it weeks ago, but now, not so much.. A few days ago the screen wouldn't turn on. The backlight was on, but nothing else happened. I put the blaze in the charging dock and it told me there was a problem with the clockface and that I had to change it. So I did, and it worked fine. The same thing happend to day, and I did everything the same way but nothing happens. The screen is still not working, and it won't sync to my phone... What do I do?!

Try changing the face from the web then do a symc. If that doesn't work I would say go to the top right corner of this page, or under help in the app and contact.fitbit com

It's great to see you around @Catro88 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by! Woman Happy I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze display? If you do, I recommend doing a force sync by doing the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

This happened to me yesterday and a force sync worked.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
