hi, my blaze recently started measuring the wrong distance when i go for a walk. It is showing basically double of what it should be. I know because i do the same route almost every day and know the distance. Also when i look at the GPS route on the map it shows the path zigzaging back and forth and not a straight line. Anyone else see that?

Mine is not measuring at all. I did a 5m bike ride last Saturday and it recorded as 0.01mile and yesterday the same distance but recorded 0.73mile. So frustrating as my fitbit is linked to my
Life insurance policy and is supposed to be measuring my fitness. Blaze is not fit for purpose! Absolutely crap!

I just did a 3.5 mile walk and my Blaze shows 1.87.... I'm so confused. 😕

i'm being to think it's the accuracy of the GPS in my phone. I took a walk without wearing my blaze and the fitbit app still recorded the walk incorrectly. Twice as long and going off-course. Can't find anything in my iphone settings to adjust it

looks like i was right, it was the GPS in my phone. I upgraded to the latest iOS and now the distances are correct.

Hi, I didn’t realize there was another update already. I feel like I just did one not too long ago. I updated my iPhone XR with the 13.7 iOS updates, and just got back from my walk and it worked! The tracking is the way it should be. Thank you for replying to my question.
