I've been using my Blaze since May 2016 with a few minor issues here and there but nothing like this.
I had synced it Monday evening before bed it was accurate. Yesterday I went to check the app and it asked me to sign in which I did. When the app came up the stats for Monday were wrong. It has since changed the stats for Tuesday as well.
Please advise I have very long streaks going and I know logging activity instead of it being tracked is going to break them. I was in the middle of a hike that's was cut off as of 11:45am on Monday October 2. The next steps were not recorded until 24 hours later at 12 pm Tuesday on the app and website. The app at one point did record activity but it has disappeared. Looks like it updated and then right after that lost the next 24 hours.
I know the app updated right before my Monday hike as when I went to track my walk and pulled up the app it was updating.
I gave ave an iPhone but it is not running iOS 11. The dashboard on my computer is also wrong. It must be the update causing this as the Blaze is still recording accurately.
It also first recorded my sleep stats then they also disappeared.
Is this happening to others? Is Fitbit aware of this?

Hi there @Kraken2015. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
This does sound very strange... I haven't heard of other users having the same problem as of right now, so at this point what I can recommend would be logging out of your app or if you could, to uninstall it and reinstall it and see if this makes any difference. Once you've installed the app back, log in with your same email address and password and I don't really think this will recover the information for the previous days but it should help to prevent this from happening again.
Try it out and let me know how it goes!

I've already done all those things and the 24 hour missing block remains
I appreciate you responding.

I figured it out. When I signed in Tuesday am I used the other email I have associated with Fitbit. If i log out on the one I've been using and log in to that one and pair the Blaze there is the data
i don't understand why when it was under the correct email and synced on Monday evening it put all the activity under the other email. I didn't sign in until Tuesday with the wrong email.
Is there any any way to merge the two emails to one so all the data is credited to me?
i wouldn't care but my streaks are well over a year old and I can't log the activity and have it count towards those and all my challenges thus week.

It seems I cannot merge the two Fitbit accounts?
The data is there I can't put it into where I have my streaks?
If so that is too bad and I don't understand why it can't be done.

When it comes to the Fitbit software @Kraken2015, your two accounts are setup as two different users, of course your not going to be able to merge them.
I'mnot sure if this is possible for the help desk to do, have you asked them and provided the emails associated with both accounts along with the email of your primary account.
