Blaze missing "Relax" feature

I tried to use Relax yesterday, which I have done before and it worked (but not in a few months) and when I click on it the Fitbit symbol appears for about five seconds, then the watch vibrates and returns to the home screen. The old relax symbol that used to be there is gone as well, it just says the word now. How do I get this function back?

I would like to know if you have tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.

I should have mentioned in the original post that I had already tried that, sorry. I tried again just for kicks and still doesn't work.
