Blaze music pair issue

Having trouble pairing my music with my blaze. Went through all the step to pair them both and it comes back with an error message saying "could not pair with blaze(classic) because of an incorrect passkey or PIN" but I haven't set up a PIN or passkey...Wondering how to fix this so I can listen to music

When you pair up the Blaze Classic their will be a 4 digit number displayed on the tracker and on the phone. Press accept on the tracker, then press accept on the phone.

It's great to have you here @Mommabear_30! Since, you want to enable music control in your Blaze. You'll need to pair it to your Bluetooth's phone, I believe that's the reason why you're getting incorrect pin. I would like you to double check that you're following this steps to get this feature working. 

Additionally, if you're still experiencing this issue try this procedure I'm having trouble controlling music with my tracker.
