According to my Blaze, I haven't slept since February 9. It shows no sleep since an afternoon nap on that date. And for sure I have been sleeping with the watch on!

I suspect this may be related to a recent update to the app?
Disappointing, as the sleep info is one of my favorite features.

I read your post yesterday, I had the same issue. My sleep wasn't recorded for a few days. I went onto the online chat line and did what they recommended. I reset the Blaze(pretty easy) and then I restarted it (also pretty easy) and today it's working again. Maybe this'll work for you, good luck.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting, I totally understand how disappointing this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if your device isn't recording Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? Even though you already tried our restart process, please try it one more time before you're going to sleep, wear your Blaze on your non-dominant hand and let me know if the issue persists.
