Blaze no longer working

My Blaze stopped working, Fitbit offered me a 25% discount on a new Fitbit, what a joke.  Thanks, but no thanks.

Hi @Adfernz. How long have you had your Blaze? Was it past warranty? If by chance you purchased it with an American Express card, your warranty period is automatically doubled. Most of the Fitbit devices are on clearance for the holiday. 25% on top of that gives you a good price.

@Adfernz I moved your board to the Blaze board for better visibility. Sorry to hear about your blaze, once it's out of warranty, we offer a discount as a courtesy. 

 

@SunsetRunner has some good points, many of our products are on sale. One thing to keep in mind is we generally don't combine discounts, so you likely wouldn't be able to use both.

It’s out of warranty. Fitbit knew they had issues with the Blaze or they wouldn’t have discontinued them. Offering us a 25% discount to buy another Fitbit is a joke.
