My Blaze is setup and syncs to iPhone with no problem. It is not syncing to the desktop app. Bluetooth is turned on and the Blaze is connected and shows paired. Last sync shows the 17th at 3:38 pm. Is there a way to force an sync to the desktop app?

It's great to welcome you @dleav. Could you please tell me which computer are you using to sync your tracker, is it a Mac or a computer with Windows 10? In the meantime, you can take a look at the Why won't my tracker sync? article and follow the instructions provided there.
