I just got my Blaze off Amazon and while charging the display works fine but as soon as I take it off the charger the display refuses to work I tried the reset function but nothing seems to work. Any help is much appreciated

If your tracker is not displaying, I recommend restarting your Blaze. Also, if you tap your tracker's display does it illuminates or not?
