Blaze not Syncing

My Blaze has not been syncing for the last week. I have a huawei P8 lite 2017.

Is there something I need to do to make it happen as it did sync when I bought the watch so it's not that it is incompatible.

Have you shut your blaze down by holding the left and bottom right button at the same time? Also, unparing and re-paring helps sometimes. But I've always have had syncing issues with my blaze...

Keep in mind that in order to have a successful connection between your tracker and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.

 

When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your tracker but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provided in the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? help article but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
