Blaze not auto recognizing my runs

Just started today. Everything else is working fine.

Great to see you around @dlkagy123. If your SmartTrack feature is not working, I recommend restarting your Blaze. After this test your tracker. In the meantime, keep in mind that you can always select this exercise directly from your tracker.

How do you restart the Blaze?

@dlkagy123, to restart the Blaze just do the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
