Blaze not being recognized

Received my blaze on Thursday, and still can't get it to work,my windows laptop doesn't recognise it, my phone doesn't recognise it, the only two things my fitbit can do, is display the logo and display the red battery symbol, this is the second time I have tried to own a fitbit, I had the same problem with the surge. I don't understand why a product with so many glitches is put on the market

Is your phone in the list of compatible devices? Are you running Windows 10 on your laptop? Are you using the Fitbit Connect software or the Windows app on your laptop?

Hi, I have tried everything,I'm starting to think that the problem may be the usb docking station.
Now waiting for fitbit to get back to me 😁

If you're showing the red battery symbol, your battery is too flat to go through the update process. It needs charge too complete the process.

Hi, it won't charge. No matter how long you leave it 😞

No, not if it's pre-setup. You'll need to reach out to customer services for a replacement. There are several others who have had the same problem.

@nattydread is your Blaze setup to ypir gitbit acvount? If the display still shows "www.fitbit.com/setup" then there will not be any battery level icon
