Blaze not calculating accurate distance and average speed..

Hi 

since one week I started using my new Fitbit blaze, every day I  rode my road bike about 15 to 20 miles, observed that blaze showing my distance and average speed  less than 3 miles to other apps. ( not accurate distance and Avg speed)

I compared with my bike computer, S health, google fit, Strava, all these are showing accurate distance and my average speed.

example: fitbit blaze showing  12.32 miles with average 12.5 speed

      other apps showing  16 miles with   15.5  average speed.

based on this my blaze HR also may be not accurate.

please help me.

Welcome to the Forums @ssateesh.uk. If your tracker is not being accurate, I recommend Restarting your Blaze and test it during cycling. If you notice that it stills inaccurate, feel free to contact our Support Team. For a faster solution you can contact them via chat.

Thanks for the reply, i am still facing this issue, not only this observed
other issues also, Blaze is not recommendable for anyone.
