I just activated my Blaze yesterday and I like the app, dashboard, and the interface options. My only concern is I do not believe all of my steps are being captured and counted. What triggers a counted step? Is there a certain placement needed on my non-dominant wrist?
Thanks!

I've got the same problem with my Blaze 😤. I was advised to wear the strap tighter, but it hasn't fixed the issue! Annoyed.

So Is there a way to measure your stride for improved accuracy?

It's great to welcome you @LilAmi, @CLynch and @Frogbit. If you think that your trackers are not registering all of your steps, I recommend restarting your Blaze. Now, regarding to your question, the Blaze have the option to measure your stride length automatically but you can do this manually by following the instructions provided in this post.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
