Blaze not charging/blank screen

I have had my Blaze for 2 years now and the battery went dead so I went to charge it. Nothing. Did a restart (left/right buttons), nothing. Purchased new charging dock, nothing... is there any hope or time for a new one?

I have same problem.  Blank screen; not charging.
