Blaze - not charging

The battery on my Blaze was low this morning, and when I got to a computer I plugged it in to charge. A while later I noticed it was very hot and nothing was coming up on the screen.

 

I've put it into the band and tried a reset (left and bottom right buttons held down for 10s) but nothing happens. When I put it back into the cradle for charging the backlight comes on but shows nothing on screen.

 

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @JSmith1. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself and for the information provided. If the tracker is getting hot at the moment of being on the cradle, I recommend contacting directly our support team, I know they will be glad to help you out. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
