I just received a new Fitbit for christmas today and i have connected it to 2 computers and its not charging i have got the BLAZE. thanx Suzi

Are you all seeing anything on your Blaze screens? Keep in mind that until the tracker is set up and added to your account, it will not show a battery indicator.
You can use this Set Up Guide to help get it added.

Spent 2 hours on a chat line with tech support. Syncing issues. They would never geive up tryingto fix it so I finally just said thanks but this thing is going back to costco and then I am buying a different brand. Disappointed...
