I just got my fitbit and do not have a clue as how to do anything like changing my clock design and also my notifications are on but im not receiving them on my fitbit

There's a lot to get used to when you start with fitbit. I would recommend a read of the manual at https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_blaze_en_US.pdf and then post back here if you are still stuck.

(www.fitbit.com after your account has been established through www.fitbit.com/setup)

Log in and click the grey'd gear in the upper right corner (right of your avatar) then click the photo of the tracker you want to customize....
