Blaze not charging

I just bought couple of Fitbit Blaze. The problem I am facing is that even though the pins are aligned the device doesn't charge. There is no charging icon on the screen, is this normal? The screen just shows fitbit.com/setup and when I try to link it to my fitbit app it reads no device available. I returned these two sets and replaced with the new ones at Bed , bath and beyond and the new ones have the same issue. Either I am doing something wrong(which I don't think so) or the whole batch at BBB is faulty. Please advise if you have faced something similar or if there is a quick fix.

That my friend @Sandeep569 is correct, until the Fitbit has been setup to your account, and the message of www.fitbit.com/setup has been removed, their will not be any charging icon. The way you will know that it is charging is by the slight vibration you feel when plugging the unit in.

I suggest using the phones charging plug, then while charging you can use the app to setup the tracker.

Going to the address www.fitbit.com/setup through the device that you want to sync through, you will be directed to the correct app to install. Open the app, choose the i have an account, log into your account and then add device.
