Best AnswerHi, @Vijesh, are you able to restart your Blaze? If so, you could try that. Otherwise I would think getting in touch with Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com is the best plan.
@Zoe_21, if you have been using a computer USB port to charge, try plugging it in to a UL certified wall charger instead (your cell phone charger, if it takes a USB connector, will be fine), then give the Blaze a restart. Finally, give it a couple hours charge using the wall charger. Hopefully it will be back working again.

Best AnswerWhat number did you call for support? I have the same problem, restarted, tried a different cradle and so on but my blaze will charge and then die after 3 hours or so.
