Not sure what you mean. It resets every night at Midnight

I saw your title was edited to give more clarity to your post, however on the edit history I saw you mentioned your tracker stop syncing. So I can suggest the following recommendations if this is the case: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this)

 

If you are looking how to reset your Blaze perhaps the following steps will guide you through if this is what you are looking for:

 

  • Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  • Let go of the buttons.
