Blaze not charging

I have had my Blaze for around 6 months and now it will not charge. I see this is a continual issue with the charging cradle. Who do I contact?

It's great to have you here @LeslieMiller33! I would like you to restart your Blaze and double check that you're properly charging your tracker. What are you getting in your display? Are you having any issue with the cradle?

The cradle does not seem to be working. There are no messages...just won't charge. I've only had it a few months also...how do I get this rectified?
