Blaze not charging

My fitbit was working fine until a few days ago. The battery was at about 50% then the fitbit logo appeared. It buzzed a bit then went back to normal. Then the logo, buzzing a few more times, then dead fit bit. When I plugged it in the fit bit symbol flashed again. The charge screen appeared but it never charged and hasn't since. the app actually says it is still at 50% and I was in a challenge that stated that I met my daily goal, even though i never took it off the charger. This was a replacement for the flex when that horrible update occured....help!!! Or should I have switched to a Garmin?

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not charging 😕

As of right now, is it still giving you any trouble? If so, I can recommend restarting it and see if that makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Let me know if it still doesn't charge after that or if you notice that it keeps going to the logo and rebooting itself. Anything else, I'm here to help!

So it's not even charging anymore. It is totally dead. It won't turn on any more to get rebooted
