Blaze not charging

Brand new Blaze.....battery will not charge and unable to complete set up.

Try a different USB port first

 

Then Do a Restart

Hello @TomSolomon did you feel a vibration when plugging the unit in to charge? Since you say that it is not setup yet, that vibration will be your only clue that it is charging. I would use a wall charger.
