I typically love using Fitbits as smart-watch/tracker. I was excited to upgrade to this new, fancy model but about 2 months after receiving it, the battery would die pretty soon after charging. Even though the battery indicator said it was fully charged, the Fitbit died after a shorter and shorter amount of time. Eventually, it wouldn't even charge at all. I've tried restarting it and using a couple of different chargins cables/stations. No dice.
I accept that tech is sometimes glitched but when I contacted the seller to ask for help, I received NO reply whatsoever. Super disappointing.
So now I'm back to a 10 dollar Casio.

I am sorry to hear about the battery issue you are experiencing with your Blaze and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. About contacting support, have you checked your spam folder for any reply? In the meantime, I suggest taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
