Blaze not charging

Recently upgraded to Blaze and honestly, what a mistake. This is my third one. The first two wouldn’t charge at all (after setup etc) so the store I purchased it from replace them, twice. Now I’m losing my wits and I’m too embarrassed to go back and ask for another exchange.

Ive charged it a couple of times and it was fine, until it randomly died yesterday. I charged it overnight, everything seemed fine, completely dead today. The screen comes up when I put it in the charger, battery flashing as low. Nothing happens when taken out. Exactly the same as the previous two I had. No reboot or other methods suggested in the 101 threads that I’ve read works. Is there a solution, or is it just another dodgy one?

This sounds like it might be the problem. It important how you charge it

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Done that. Tried doing it with my previous ones. My other half also tried, following the guide.

It’s not wet. I have tried all different USB ports, plugs devices. I tried all surfaces and all alignments. I’d do anything now to show my face up at that store, again.
