Blaze not charging

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've noticed my blaze isn't holding charge and I have checked the charger with a friends and it works but looking at the back of the blaze where the contact points are the two points at left side seem to have holes in the middle. Does this mean it had worn through!? . Anyone else had this problem. Surely the contacts shouldn't have done this.

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

I've tried all the solutions you have mentioned. But the problem seems to
be in the contact areas on the blaze. The back 4 contact ports look damaged
on the left side like the pin from charger has gone through it.
