Hi I'm new my blaze is not charging whatsoever it syncs great and is up to date.

Hi @Bubs2910, it's nice to see a new face around!
Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior. Just to confirm, are you able to see the green lights on the back of your device? Also, is your device able to sync when it's unplugged?
Dust and debris can accumulate over time and prevent a charge, so please clean the gold contacts on the back of your device with a toothbrush and rubbing alcohol. Make sure to dry with a cloth or tissue. Once that is done, try charging your device with either a computer or UL-certified outlet. If your device is still not responding, please restart your Blaze to refresh it's performance.
