Heart rate sensors not flashing

The green sensors are not working on my Fitbit blaze and therefore will not register my HR. I have tried turning HR off and going through the app to turn on. Please help!

Hi @Mah0510, I'm glad to see you around.

 

Thanks for sharing information about your Blaze behavior, and appreciate your efforts in refreshing the heart rate settings. You did a great job!

 

Since the heart rate sensors are still not working, I'd suggest to restart your Blaze. Once that is done, switch the heart rate settings from "On" to "Auto", and sync with the Fitbit app to apply the changes.
