Blaze not charging: blank screen

Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and I'll help you out with your Blaze not charging. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

1. Clean the gold contacts on your Blaze and charging cable.
2. Restart your Blaze.
3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger. Don't use a USB hub.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Hi Lizzy, I tried everything suggest and still cannot my Blaze to charge. All I see is a dark, blank screen.

I received my Blaze on Father’s Day 2018.

Greatly appreciate any other suggestions and assistance.
