My Blaze will be 2 years on in November and it has quit charging. I did a live chat and I had already tried everything he suggested and we decided it was the charger. He sent me a new on and it has been on for close to 24 hours with no results. I tried a reset earlier and got nothing. The only thing I have gotten is the battery showing it is dead. Any suggestions. Since, you've tried a restart and our Support team sent you a charging cable but it's still not working. I've shared your post with our Support team but they mentioned that they are already handling it through email, please continue the communication through email.
