I'm sorry your tracker seems not to be recognizing your sleep and your exercise 😕
I'd like to know... when it comes to sleep, does it track your sleep but instead of giving you Sleep Stages, it's giving you Sleep Patterns (the simplified sleep graph)? Now, about your exercise, that means that when you start an activity on your tracker it won't track or are you referring to the automatic activity detection aka Smart Track?
In either case, I would recommend restarting your tracker and setting it up as a new device. For restarting it, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Then, you can proceed to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
