Tried re-adding device in the app
Tried deleting app and reinstalling
Tried fully charging
Still doesn't count steps
Blaze is two days old
Was working fine first day

Mine's fine, it compares well with both Charge and Surge. Of the 3, the Surge is the least responsive around the house.

One thing I've noticed with all four replacement Blazes I've had, none immediatly start counting steps when I start walking like my Charge HR did. I have to take anywhere from 25 to 75 steps before it starts registering that I'm walking.

yes. this is common for me as well. that said, that makes it a non funtional tracker if you are very active, which i am– it means im loosing potetnially 1000-2000 steps my flex used to get
