Since having done everything possible, fastest to exchange at the store of purchase. Mind the receipt.

So, upon further examination, what the real problem is is that it doesn't calculate my steps well in my home or at all. My flex was fine. Not sure what to do? I'm getting the sense that it's a general blaze issue not my particular blaze. But I don't know?

Mine's fine, it compares well with both Charge and Surge. Of the 3, the Surge is the least responsive around the house.

One thing I've noticed with all four replacement Blazes I've had, none immediatly start counting steps when I start walking like my Charge HR did. I have to take anywhere from 25 to 75 steps before it starts registering that I'm walking.
