 Just got my new Blazin finished setting up heart rate monitor is working and so are some of the other functions however it is not counting steps at all!  I set up as a new device turn my phone on etc. nothing ...

Welcome to the forums!

 

You dont need to turn your phone on to get it to count steps.

 

Are you holding on to anything? It needs to see your arm swinging.

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
