My blaze is not counting nearly enough steps.
I have noticed this since receiving it (as a gift) but put it down to carrying/pushing a baby.
however I have just bought my husband the flex 2 and his is registering almost my full day count (running after 2 under 2) this evening. When we have had done all the same things (mine should really actually be higher).
Is there a problem with it or am I doing something wrong?

A warm welcome to the Community @Kalida.
If you are seeing that your Blaze isn't being accurate, I recommend restarting it, put it on, see how many steps you have so far, walk 100 steps and check your information again. Then just let me know how many steps your tracker recorded.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

I am having this same problem. I have tried changing the stride length and restarting but the steps are still always about 1/3 off.

Hi I have the same problem, I walked the 100 steps and it registered 80. The biggest problem is when I go in the elliptic, it registers 2 miles and the elliptic 3.2 miles. What can I do?
