Sure wish these came with batteries that can be changed. These devices aren't cheap. My blaze is about 2 yrs old and not holding a charge ;(

My son went through 2 Charge and 2 Surge...  I tried to charge my Charge HR but I guess since I haven't used it since I got my Blaze. It's dead, it won't charge... thinking of jumping ship... ;(

These batteries will die when not used and not charged for long periods of time

Hi can anyone help my fitbit blaze has been fine up until today. Fully charged overnight and within 4hrs the battery is drained. I noticed yesterday that the display kept reverting to the fitbit logo too. Has anyone else had this problem. My phone is Samsung S8

It's great to welcome you @litlin89 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

If your Blaze isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there. Now about the Charge HR, you can try out the steps provide in the help article Why isn't my battery charging?.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

@Lh3018 first I will help by removing your post from an unrelated subject so that we are not hijacking a thread.

My suggestion would be to review @AlejandraFitbit post above
