My Fitbit blaze charge is lasting less than 3 hours and I’ve noticed a red line at the top and on the right hand side of the face, not sure if this is related but charge depletion so annoying

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I did contact the support team but I wouldn’t say they helped. The scripted answers were of no use and it was recognised that the battery is not holding a charge. This is from a unit that wasn’t used until Christmas 2017 . The offer of a discount on another Fitbit is laughable when battery charge problems seems to be a recurring theme in the community forum.

i asked for an address to state a formal complaint but was fobbed off by customer support. Clearly by my tone I am one very dissatisfied customer as I had contacted customer support prior to the expiry of my warranty because of issues with the battery charging which then got progressively worse and now the charge lasts just over 3 hours but when plugged in to recharge it immediately shows approximately 50%
