In the last week my 4 month old Blaze has plummeted from holding it's charge for the best part of 5 days to draining completely flat again within 4 hours!

Mine has suddenly started to drain fast as well. It use to need to be charged every 5 days or so now it's every day.

I contacted Fitbit support via the support phone number and they are having me do a battery drain test.  They send you directions on what to do via email then they monitor it with you.  If they find it defective in the next few days they will tell me what the next steps are.  I hope this helps.

Hi
Is your Blaze still in warranty? Mine was only 4 months old and Fitbit Support are sending me a replacement - and all of this in the space of a few hours!!

My Fitbit Blaze battery has suddenly plummeted as well. Cannot believe that  the battery can't be replaced. Had I known when I bought the devise would not have done so.

Hello everyone!

I am sorry to hear about the battery issue you are experiencing. I was able to see here that some of you will be receiving a replacement, that's great. In the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?, you will be able to see the instructions to pair the new device.

Now for the ones that keep having issues, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
