Rather than making a new thread, I'm basically just asking the same question, my blaze stopped holding a charge for more than a day. Also, the heart rate sensor does not work correctly on auto mode, so I have to manually turn it between on off. Yes, I have tried restarting the Fitbit to correct these issues. I received my Fitbit on Christmas in 2016.

I was pretty much told that since I too got mine in 2016 that i was no longer covered under warranty and it could not be replaced.  I tried all the suggestions and today it didn't keep a full charge for more than 3 hours.  Offered 25% off a new one. I did not like that offer. Good luck with your blaze
