Blaze not holding charge

I got my blaze for Christmas, and it would usually hold charge for 4 days, with notifications on, using it for workout, etc. These last couple weeks it dies within a day even without using it much. Today, it died in about 12 hours. I've looked up some suggestions from others including turning off the "always connected" and "all day sync" options. I have also cleaned the back to make sure its connecting properly to the charger. Anyone else have this issue/been able to fix it? It's really frustrating to not be able to use it for even a full day with less than 7 months of use.
