I have had my blaze for nearly 18 months and it’s always held charge really well, only needing charging every 4-5 days. The last two weeks it is needing charging daily. I don’t have it on auto sync to better the battery life, so I don’t understand why suddenly it’s not holding charge well.

Mine was doing the same thing. Now it goes from dead to charged to dead in the span of a minute. I have complained about the diminishing battery from about 6 months in. Oh you just need to have the auto heart rate off. Then this and this and this.
Now it is out of the warranty window it is oh yeah I see that you are having charging issues. Unfortunately, your Blaze is out of warranty so the best we can offer is a 25% discount on your next band.
Are you kidding me? It is very Apple esq. They have bigger better trackers coming out so they just stop supporting and force you into an upgrade.

Oh wow. I’m sorry to hear that. I love my blaze and have never had issues until recently. I’ve had a Fitbit for many years now and there customer service has always been the best I’ve ever received. Sorry you didn’t receive the same 😞
