Blaze not holding charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my fitbit blaze for less than 8 months and now it won't hold its charge.  I've tried turning it off and on, reducing brightness and turning off heart rate monitor, but still lasting less than a couple of hours at most.  Who do I contact for repair or replacement?

Hi,
Ive already followed these steps. The unit is charging and shows fully charged, just not lasting. I've tried everything. Can I please have the contact details of where to call as this is still under guarantee, it's less than 8 months old! I really like the blaze but just want mine repaired or replaced.
Kind regards
Amanda Boulter
