So I just started wearing my Fitbit blaze to sleep and I am not noticing any record of any sleep I am getting. I have charged it and shut it down several times but I can’t find a solution.

Hey there @SunsetRunner. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to log your sleep correctly 😕
Thanks for trying to shut it down and making sure it's charged! Now, I'd like to know, do you see at least a Sleep Pattern record or you don't see any sleep log at all? I can suggest some tips to make sure your tracker will recognize your sleep properly:
Now, just to be sure, you can restart your tracker again by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds until your Blaze reboots and then, you can try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!

Best AnswerI have the same problem. It was tracking, and the last few nights, it’s not recording deep sleep and REM.
If if I set up as new device, will I lose historical data?
