Blaze not logging full biking time

So I just got my Blaze and went for a 65 minute bike ride. When I checked my stats it showed that I took a ride for 1 hour 5 minutes but when I looked at the summary of my ride it said it was only 46 minutes of my total workout time for the day. What??? What happened to the other 19 minutes? Why don't I get credit for them?

It's great to see you around @Diane316. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the information you are seeing? Also, did log this activity directly from your tracker or did you log it? If you logged it, I recommend deleting the activity and leave the information that your tracker recorded.
