Blaze not powering on

Hi guys

i bought a brand new blaze for my dad as a gift. When I charge it in the cradle I can see the Fitbit logo but when I take it off it doesn't power on. I can't see the battery logo either. Any supppory would be appreciated regards Junaid

Hey @JunaidFarooq has the Blaze been setup yet? Ie have you ever or also see the message www.fitbit.com/setup? if so then no you won't see the battery indicator? 

I'm hoping to find out what is not powering on mean, when you say that you see the Fitbit logo, which means it is on.

Thanks for the response. It has charged and I have setup in the cradle. But when I take it off from the charging cradle and put it in the strap or just in my hand try to power on by pressing the left button it doesn't turn on or when I take it away from the cradle the screen just turns off

Same problem....when I take blaze out of the cradle it shuts off and doesn't turn on even by pressing buttons as mentioned in troubleshooting please help
